New MD for Pinnacle Africa
Tim Humphreys-Davies is the new managing director of Pinnacle Africa, with immediate effect. Humphreys-Davies, who previously filled the role of regional and marketing MD, will continue to fulfill his current responsibilities but will now also look after traditional Pinnacle Africa business including the Johannesburg Sales Team as well as the PinnPos Division.
Louis Fourie, CEO of Pinnacle Africa, says that the move will allow him to better focus his energies on new Pinnacle business including Datanet, Pinnsec and Sharp. "Pinnacle is growing at a fantastic pace," he said, "and this move will allow us to keep the momentum going and look forward to even more positive growth in the future."
Humphreys-Davies has a BA honours degree in Marketing and has been with the company for over 10 years now. Fourie says, "He really understands the mechanics of the industry and has over 15 years' experience in ICT distribution to show for it."
