Presenting happiness@work forum in South Africa
The Business Results Group, FNB and UCT Graduate School of Business present the first annual happiness@work forum with Professor Dave Ulrich and Dr Martin Seligman on 25 October 2012 at the Gallagher Convention Centre.
Dr Seligman has trained 11000 drill sergeants from the US Army in how to teach optimism and resilience and he will discuss how business managers and leaders can train their employees to become more resilient. How do you get your people to enjoy their work so much that it almost seems effortless?
Professor Dave Ulrich is globally acclaimed and recently ranked the #1 management educator and guru by Business Week, along with the 2010 Nobel's Colloquia Prize for Leadership on Business and Economic Thinking. Professor Ulrich will illustrate how meaning matters at work and how great leaders build abundant organisations.
This is an opportunity for senior management and business leaders to create meaning and purpose in the South African business sector, as a catalyst for significant economic prosperity.
For each paying delegate registered, R200 will be donated to one of the following charities as selected by the delegate.
