Supported by Val de Vie, the money raised will go towards empowerment, training and skills development of children and adults, not only living in Kayamandi, but also other previously disadvantaged groups in and around Stellenbosch.
The Decor Morning will see speakers such as singer, actress and chef Elzabe Zietsman, artist, decorator and landscaper Henk Scholtz and interior designer, curator and collector Niel Stemmert giving expert advice ranging from design and food to art and landscaping. Once again, the Home Channel's Juliet Newell will be the event MC, taking guests through a morning of design and décor inspiration in a majestic setting.
"Decor is an important part of our lives; it is how we allow our personalities to come through in the spaces we live in. These mornings are fun and showcase speakers who know their stuff. Guests will experience the beauty of the estate, take home gift bags, get advice on design and decor and make a difference by raising funds for a worthy cause," says Edith Venter.
Last year, due to popular demand, the Décor & Design Morning was introduced to Cape Town, Durban and Bloemfontein. The dates for upcoming events are:
