Fish & Marine Africa 2012 expo postponed
The Fish & Marine Africa 2012 expo, scheduled for 13-15 March 2012 in Cape Town, has been postponed until such time as the organisers, Exhibition Management Services (EMS), have a better idea of where the economy and the industry is going, as well as the level of support it can bank on.
According to the organisers, the event has attracted a high level of interest from potential exhibitors but there is an overall reluctance to commit to actual contracts. The general feeling seems to be "let's wait and see what 2012 will bring, then we will make a decision." EMS is still committed to the fishing and maritime industries and believes in the value of the exhibition.
