Lifestyle expo caters for everyone
The Goodies 4 Girls and Toyz 4 Boyz Lifestyle Expo at the German Club's hall in Port Elizabeth this weekend will have all four Rugby World Cup quarterfinal games shown live on the big screen, in case more than 40 exhibitors is not sufficient entertainment.
"The beer garden area, with the big screens, will open at 6.30am for the early games at 7.am and 9.30am. The rest of the expo starts at 9am," says Laurence Finn, from Club 100 for Ladies, the organisers of the event.
The expo offers specialist cupcakes, lingerie to jewellery and cosmetics and a number of talks and workshops on health, wellness and beauty for the women. For the men, an outdoor apparel and equipment display in the giant marquee would show off the latest trends in sporting, fishing and camping gear and cars and motorbikes will also be featured. A play area, jumping castles and a teddy building stand will keep the children occupied.
