Halaal conference attracts top speakers
'Understanding the Global Halaal Market' conference, a comprehensive one-day event discussing the latest trends and developments in the global Halaal market and the emerging opportunities in one of the fastest growing markets in the world will take place on 18 July 2011.
Sullivan O'Carroll, chairman and MD of Nestle SA, is the latest speaker to confirm his participation. He will be speaking on expanding the share of the Halaal market through certification.
