    Japanese restaurant chain donates to relief fund

    Moved by the plight of his fellow countryman, Nobu Matsuhisa, founder of the famous Japanese restaurant brand, Nobu, has pledged to donate a portion of sales from a special Omakase Menu to a relief organisation from each of the 23 Nobu restaurants worldwide.
    Japanese restaurant chain donates to relief fund

    Nobu One&Only Cape Town will be offering a special Omakase Menu (featuring signatures such as white fish sansho salsa, salmon anticucho and beef toban wasabi) for R750, of which R225 will be donated to UNICEF for the people of Japan. The Earthquake Relief promotion runs until Sunday 3 April 2011.
