The following hospitals and healthcare facilities have been awarded accreditation by the Council for Health Service Accreditation of Southern Africa (COHSASA). This means the healthcare organisations have entered a quality improvement programme and have been assessed against, and have met, internationally recognised standards.

COHSASA, its standards and its surveyor training programmes are accredited by the International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua), the global body overseeing accreditation and quality improvement programmes in healthcare.

COHSASA, a not-for-profit organisation in Cape Town, South Africa, assists a wide range of healthcare facilities to meet and maintain quality standards.
