Do you really understand what that label is telling you?
When it comes to the list of ingredients you find on some products, it's as well to double-check some of the claims that the manufacturer makes and also understand exactly what the terms really mean.
Fruit juice can be more water, colourants, fillers and artificial sweeteners than actually juice. And if you should ever come across the term dehydrated organic cane juice, don't get too excited... it's still sugar. You might also be a little wary of endorsements of products... who's doing the endorsing, why. And when it comes to low-fat, that's rather like how long is a piece of string... Your idea of ‘low' might not be that of the manufacturer.
