Tracer CQM expands into recruitment

Tracer CQM, which currently offers technology-based products to boost sales, has launched Tracer Recruit, a sales recruitment division. Anne-Mi Smit, operations director of Tracer Recruit, says the recruitment service will complement the current offering.

"We are personally involved with clients, so when a sales manager is looking for employees we take a brief from the manager and the sales team, examine the dynamics of the team and many other factors," continues Smit. "It helps us to create detailed client and job profiles and understand the personal attributes that candidates will need to integrate smoothly with the client's business."

Potential candidates are sourced through Tracer's network of sales personnel in various industries, particularly logistics, pharmaceuticals and FMCG.
