Business administration learnerships for property sector

Redefine Properties is introducing four business administration learnerships in 2013 for young, promising South Africans with their sights set on a career in the listed property sector.

"We are committed to social responsibility and positive growth in all sectors in our society," says Renske Coetzee, head of HR.

Coetzee explains the learners get a recognised qualification in business administration and practical industry-related experience in South Africa's second largest JSE-listed property company. The learnership programme comprises structured learning as well as practical, on-the-job training in all facets of property management.

The recruitment process for prospective candidates is intensive and designed to screen and select high calibre individuals who will benefit from this career-boosting opportunity. The company recently hosted students from Wits University, University of Johannesburg and University of Pretoria at an open day to introduce its 2013 Learnerships.

"Top graduates will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience, while completing their qualification in Business Administration. The programme will kick off with an induction and orientation programme and then it is full-steam ahead with the learning programme.

"We are excited about the programme and confident that this will help up skill the nation to create a better future for South Africa, the property sector and the next generation of business leaders," concludes Coetzee.
