Killarney Mall upgrade scheduled for 2011

"Centre management has been hard at work dealing with the market interest in the mall and securing the optimum tenant mix for our shoppers," says Debra Sharnock, centre manager of Killarney Mall.

Other developments on the retail front include the new fashion stores Trendgetters and Pandora, which offer a mix of international trends and unique pieces.

The cinema will have a full-3D complex with five screens totalling 708 seats. Owned by the South African Avalon Group, the new complex will showcase a variety of Hollywood and Bollywood blockbusters.

The office towers at the mall have also undergone a recent renovation. The mall is owned by Octodec Investmentsand managed by City Property Administration.
