Truworths announces CFO resignation

"Quentin, who was recently appointed, has resolved to return to Johannesburg where his family has remained located since his appointment," Truworths said.

"In announcing the resignation today Michael Mark, the chief executive officer, wished him well for his future and indicated that the process of finding an appropriate replacement had commenced, whilst plans to ensure the ongoing professional functioning of the business portfolios overseen by Quentin were in hand," the group concluded.
