All South African Ackermans and Tile Africa stores, as well as those in the Ellerine Holdings group, will be closed for trade on Sunday, 15 December 2013.

This decision has been undertaken to honour the legacy of the late Nelson Mandela who will be buried during a State Memorial Service on Sunday and will enable all South Africans to share the day with their families.

The Ellerines Holdings brands include Ellerines, Beares, Furniture City, Dial-a-Bed, Geen & Richards and Wetherlys.

All stores will be open for trade on Monday, 16 December 2013.
