    Register for first Africa Fraud Conference

    The inaugural Africa Fraud Conference and Exhibition takes place at Sandton International Convention Centre on 17-19 September 2009 and bookings close on 12 September. It is hosted by Association of Certified Fraud Examiners SA (ACFE SA), as part of its 10th anniversary.

    “With the presence of the international ACFE President, not to mention the fact that never before has a fraud conference of this size been hosted on the African continent, we are expecting anything up to 500 delegates,” states Raj Dhanlall, ACFE SA President.

    The conference should appeal to certified fraud examiners; anti-fraud specialists; forensic accountants, lawyers and law enforcement personnel; internal and independent auditors; government; and individuals with interest or responsibilities in fraud prevention and detection. Delegates earn 20 hours Continuing Professional Education Credits.

    ACFE members pay R4,000 (R5,500 for non-members) for three-day event, inclusive of conference and exhibition, welcome reception, gala dinner, lunches and tea breaks. A 10% group discount will apply to organisations submitting bookings for three or more registrants simultaneously and paying for the group in one transaction.
