"With corporate communication stakeholders becoming increasingly social media savvy, the playing fields are leveling out when it comes to the flow of messages within and outside of an organisation," says Ros Jones, regional director of IABC Africa. "A revolution is on the rise and we can either be part of it or be left behind."
