For the 11th consecutive year, Fleishman?Hillard ranked No 1 in reputation for quality work on behalf of clients among public relations agencies, according to the Harris/Impulse Research Public Relations Client Survey. The survey of some 1 300 clients of US public relations firms is the largest and most comprehensive of its kind in public relations and public affairs.

In addition to topping the national quality reputation rankings - which Fleishman?Hillard has done every year since the survey was launched in 1993 - for the second straight year the firm also led the industry in awareness of its brand among nonclients and was No 1 among top agencies in overall agency performance.

In the Harris/Impulse Survey's rankings of firms by practice area, Fleishman?Hillard also ranked No 1 in Business-to-Business, Healthcare, and Consumer PR, and finished in the top three in all eight practice areas covered by the survey.
