Nampak CFO resigns
Packaging group Nampak announced on Monday, 1 June 2009, that its chief financial officer, Tim Jacobs, has resigned to take up a position with financial services company Transaction Capital.
A process to select a replacement for Jacobs has begun and a further announcement will be made in due course regarding the date of his departure, the company said.
