Lorraine Schuit, franchisee of Ola Milky Lane Pavilion in Durban, has scooped the Franchise Association of Southern Africa (FASA) KwaZulu-Natal Franchisee of the Year 2007 Award at last night's gala event. This is a step towards the national franchisee of the year award to be announced on 25 October 2007.
"Lorraine is an outstanding franchisee. Ola Milky Lane Pavilion is consistently the top performing store in the group. This outlet often receives accolades for its superb customer service and sees many regulars of all ages driving across Durban to share the experience," explained a proud Claus Kuhl, general manager of Ola Milky Lane.
Schuit is a hands-on operator who is committed to her team and the proof is in the pudding - she boasts a low staff turnover. "Keeping a motivated, committed team is key to delivering outstanding customer service. This award has cemented my belief that we have an outstanding team," explains an excited Schuit.
