The submission date for the Woman of the Year Awards 2004 brief has changed

The 2004 Shoprite Checkers / SABC 2 Women of the Year Award will once again honour the country's top achieving women in fields ranging from community affairs and business entrepreneurs to health and education.

"Request for proposal" details are available by clicking on "Commissioning Briefs" on the SABC 2 website at http://www.sabc2.co.za, and production houses should note that the first 30 second promo to announce the 2004 Award is scheduled for Monday, 9 February 2004. The brief includes 4 x 30 second promos, 28 x 2 minute inserts and 1 x 48 minute television programme to celebrate the gala event taking place in July 2004.

Production houses should note that they have until Monday, 29 December 2003 to submit their suggestions (not early February 2004 as indicated in the printed brief document distributed at Sithengi in Cape Town).
