Placecol Cosmetics launches new eyebrow-shaping styles

He visited South Africa in September to train more than 200 of the Placecol group's beauticians as well at beauticians in Placecol, Dreamnails & Body and World of Beauty salons on his technicques of professional eyebrow-shaping.

Along with the launch of the Empro Professional Eyebrow-shaping service in their salons, Placecol will launch three of Empro's eyebrow products in South Africa All the Empro products contain 100% natural ingredients, according to the company.
