KWV wine shines at awards

This year, KWV The Mentors Viognier 2009 was the only one in its category to get such an award.

Overall, the ratio of Diamonds awarded this year is lower than in 2009 - with more wines being judged. This is indicative of the winemakers wanting to award Diamonds only where they were absolutely confident that consumers would appreciate the wines as exceptional.

The wine retails for approximately R120 and is available from selected fine wine outlets.
