American cosmetic concept store opens in Cape Town

The store is seen as a first for South Africa's beauty industry as it is considered an eco-friendly beauty boutique, thus highlighting the benefits of all things natural and organic that the range offers. Soft LED lighting, natural wooden flooring and bamboo finishes work together to create a calming environment that is also warm and inviting.

Michelle Mountain, a former Miss South Africa and director of Strawberry International, the official distributor of the range in South Africa, says, “The launch comes at a time when consumers are more environmentally aware and are actively seeking products that complement a more natural, eco-friendly lifestyle.”

It is a natural mineral make-up range from the US that plastic surgeons and dermatologists recommend to patients who have recently had laser resurfacing, microdermabrasion or skin peeling.
