KWV announces changes to board

Subsequent to their appointment Pieter Hugo, Danie de Wet, Thys Loubser and Emil Bohme resigned from the board.

"The new chairman of the board is Mr Khutso Mampeule," KWV said.

The group said the change of directors was a consequence of the unbundling process upon which it recently embarked, and would not affect the status of the company or its assets."
