Imaginative Capetonian entrepreneur, Miki Clark, recently refurbished the interior of an elegant art deco building, situated at 210 on Long Street, transforming it into an office collective specifically designed to attract the creative community.

Aptly named 210 on Long Creative Suites, the new space offers short- and long-term leases for offices, ranging in size from 10m² to 100m². Short-term leases can be taken for as little as one day, one week or one month and independent creatives are also encouraged to utilise 210 on Long hourly - especially for meetings, presentations or conferences.

Rental includes access to a central reception area and receptionist, fax and copier, two boardrooms (holding up to 45 people), a meeting lounge, brainstorm areas, kitchens, bathrooms and a bar and refreshment area - in total, 230m² of communal space. In addition, the entire space has wireless connectivity, 1GB of free broadband for each unit, and short-term lease units are all furnished with the necessary basics. There is 24 hour access to the building, which is monitored at all times by a hi-tech security system.
