#CannesLions2019: Health & Wellness and Pharma shortlists
The Health Track celebrates creativity in branded communications in a highly innovative but fiercely regulated sector, which has the unique power to truly change lives.
The Health & Wellness Lions in particular celebrate creativity for personal well-being. This is exceptionally engaging work which promotes non-prescription products, publically educates to allow self-diagnosis or facilitates pro-active personal care.
Shaheed Peera, executive creative director of Publicis LifeBrands, Publicis Resolute and Real Science global is the Health & Wellness Lions jury president.
Having joined Publicis LifeBrands in 2011, Peera has helped the agency’s work gain international recognition, winning Pharma Lions in 2015 and 2016.
The Pharma Lions celebrate creative communications from pharmaceutical clients and services in this highly-regulated industry, honouring work that has supported in facilitating diagnosis, disease mitigation or illness management.
Robin Shapiro, global president of TBWA\WorldHealth global is the Pharma Lions jury president.
Shapiro leads disruptive teams in creating award-winning work that contributes to a more purposeful future. Prior to her current role, she was CCO of Corbett Accel Healthcare Group, receiving numerous industry awards and serving on the 2015 Pharma Lions jury.
No South African entries were shortlisted for either Health & Wellness or Pharma.
All the winners will be announced during the Cannes Lions Health track award ceremony from 7pm on Monday, 17 June.
