Job description

A privately-owned business school delivering professional qualifications throughout South Africa. We are specialist in CIMA, ACCA and CFA courses is looking for a junior course sales advisor.

Roles and responsibilities.

• Have good knowledge about CIMA, ACCA and ICB and Keep up to date with our course offerings.
• Effectively generate sales utilising our systems, Ability to manage end to end sales processes.
• Engage with clients to provide information on our courses,
• Excellent telephone skills
• Meeting targets and KPI’s
• Maintain customer service standards

The candidate must be organised, detail-oriented person who is keen to get involved in all aspects of programmes co-ordination - including but not limited to sales, admin, supporting facilitators and students. Must be computer-literate and have good document formatting skills. 
Work experience - minimum 1 years' work experience in a similar environment will be beneficial. Certificate in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
