This isn't your typical creative role. We're after a Creative Strategist who can wear two hats at once — leading bold creative direction and grounding it in sharp strategic thinking. You'll shape the big idea, back it with insight, and lead our Design team to bring it to life beautifully.

What you'll own:

• Developing creative concepts that are as strategically sound as they are visually striking
• Leading and mentoring the design team — setting direction, giving feedback, and raising the bar
• Translating client briefs into strategy-backed creative direction (no guesswork, just good thinking)
• Owning the full arc from insight → concept → execution → results
• Partnering closely with account management to keep creative work aligned with business goals
• Staying ahead of cultural and category trends so our work never feels dated the moment it launches

What you bring:

• Solid experience managing client accounts in an agency or fast-paced service environment
• Sharp communication skills — written, verbal, and the kind that reads a room
• The ability to juggle multiple accounts without dropping a single ball
• A genuine love for problem-solving and keeping people happy on both sides of the table
