Role overview:
We are seeking passionate Store Associates to join our Cape Town retail team in Somerset West Mall and Canal Walk Mall. 

Key responsibilities customer service

• Welcome and assist customers professionally. 
• Provide product information and refer customers requiring skin consultations to a Somatologist or Skin Specialist. 
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience. 

Store operations

• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation. 
• Replenish shelves and merchandise products. 
• Assist with opening and closing procedures. 
• Follow company policies and SOPs. 

Stock control

• Assist with receiving and packing stock. 
• Participate in stock counts. 
• Report damaged or missing stock. 

Team support

• Support the store manager and supervisor. 
• Complete daily assigned tasks. 
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements

Minimum requirements

• Grade 12 (matric) 
• Previous retail experience (1 year preferred) 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• Well-presented and professional 
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
