Hashtag much: #DesignMonth #JetLoveYourself #FreshOffTheShelf

This week our #DesignMonth special section features the lovely Trevyn McGowan on some of the extraordinary things she and her husband Julian are doing in support of local design. Whilst Brandon Williams foresees three retail design trends for 2016.

Speaking of trends, Dave Nemeth is loving the #JetLoveYourself' campaign. He says it's "one of the best local retail campaigns" he's seen in years. "For years, Trend Forward has been saying that the retail sector needs to take a bolder approach and stop sitting on the fence; consumers buy into authentic stories and there is no longer a place for wishy-washy brands."

On another note, we're excited to announce that today marks the launch of Biz Retail's 'Fresh off the Shelf' column. This week showcases Lady Bonin's Matcha tea that is regarded by the Japanese as the equivalent of 10 cups of green tea (eish).

Tweet new product (incl. packaging/design) launches to @Biz_Retail using #FreshOffTheShelf or email me at retailnews@bizcommunity.com.
