What consumers say...

Consumers have been called upon to rise up following the Dti director-general's invitation to the public to comment on the Draft Consumer Goods and Services Sector Code of Conduct. So, if you want a say as to what powers and jurisdiction the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud holds, you have a week left to comment.

In other consumer opinions this week, Fairlady magazine named the winners of its annual consumer awards, and SAcsi released the results of its mobile satisfaction index.
