It's Design Indaba time again Another year has come and gone and it's time for Design Indaba once again, starting this Wednesday, 23 February 2011! Read our preview to see what delights are in store this week and look out for our in-depth coverage over the next week and a half. The Press Council public hearings - where the public has been invited to discuss the review of its press code, complaints procedure, constitutions and the role of the press ombudsman in South Africa's print media - kicked off in Johannesburg last week and have moved to Port Elizabeth today. However, turnout from the public has been very, very poor. If you are unable to attend, you may follow live tweets through the Bizcommunity #zamediafreedom Twitterfall or via Twitter Search (#presscouncilhearings OR #pcph or Press Council public hearings). But that's not all... Go, Proteas, go! Simone Puterman (@SimoneBiz) Managing editor PS The latest Ornico Ad Showcase features TV ads for Nissan X Trail, Puma, Red Heart Rum, It begins with you and Spur, and radio ads for SABC3, Top Billing, Rosebank, Panado and Cell C.
