I have a 3- year Diploma in Human Resources Management through
Damelin College and later acquired an additional certificate in the
similar field.
I am currently working for Metal Industries Be nefit Fund
Administrators as a Claims Clerk (Employee Benefits. Previously I
was a Claims Assessor at Sanlam for about a year. W orking for bo th
companies gave me invaluable experience and exposure in the
industry. Additionally , having worked for various companies over the
years, I have developed a wide range of skills that would assist me
in meeting expectation for the role, such as organizing skills,
computer literacy, financial calculations and a few more professional
traits.
Furthermore I enjoy doing research and thinking of innovative ideas
within my field of study. I am also an ambitious person who thrives
under pressure. It would be a gre at opportunity for me to work for
this organisation as it has an outstanding corporate culture that I
