- Receive & sort mail, operate the switchboard, deliveries and courier service, Welcoming guest, maintain appointments, ordering of stationary supplies for the office, filing of clients invoices, receive and relay messages, earnings letters for clients, attending to faxes, responsible for keeping the reception area clean, retrieving the daily newspaper, making tea or coffee for clients when the tea lady's not in, maintaining bookings of boardrooms, attending to walk in queries and dealing with the query if possible & arranging avis car hire for my boss.
-Vat Capturing for K&S Accounting clients and filling expenses invoices used for vat period.
-E-Filling-Paye Sdl&Uif, Vat, Income tax ITR14 & ITR12,IRP6, Rav01,working from the financial statements or by information given by Mr. Kampers for capturing & lodging. Attending to sars queries if any for the tax practitioner(Mr Kampers)
-Once a month working for my bosses mother, filling of expense invoices , faxing of payments sorting out her credit cards what needs to be paid what has been paid, sorting out her emails dealing any queries she has with payment issues that need to be sorted out via telephone .
In 2010 I worked for Wardah Daniels of WD Accounting it was an 8month contract which ended in in October 2010 I reception and filling for her.
