Application for a position
I am a diligent, motivated and driven 26yr old female, who is looking to be placed in an environment with various dynamics, challenges that make one grow.
I have completed my National Diploma in Marketing and currently studying Bcom Law with UNISA. I have excellent arithmetic skills (have passed Accounting, Statistics and Quantative management) at tertiary level. I have 4years experience in both the Debt Counseling/legal and Financial environment and currently working as an Accounts Payable Specialist at UTi Finance. I believe I can make an effective contribution to the company for the following reasons:
• I have excellent communication skills and the ability to perform exceptionally good individually or in a team.
• I am a fast learner with leadership qualities.
• I have sound knowledge of the financial environment and I have a good understanding of Accountancy and its basic principles.
• I'm an excellent data capturer.
• I am also computer literate (Ms Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
• My negotiation skills with credit providers (FNB, Standard Bank, Nedbank, ABSA, African bank etc.).
• I am deadline driven
• I am hard-working and have developed a sound work ethic.
• My enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• My effective analytical and numerical skills.
• I am reliable and able to perform efficiently under pressure.
• I am innovative and creative
• My peoples skills that I developed conversing with clients daily
• Problem Solving skills
• Knowledge in Pastel Evolution
• Knowledge of Summons, Garnishee, Affidavits
• Knowledge of NCA
• Knowledge of drafting demand letters, preparing documents for court, court orders
• I have been trained for customer services (certificate)
• I have been trained for Oracle R12, 1View, CIEL, DMS
• Familiar with foreign currencies and payments
• I have a car
• I am willing to work overtime
