Due to my experience across different markets, I am comfortable working in an environment which requires me to manage the end to end financial function of multi-national organisations. With the financial strategy being the backbone of organisational longevity, this has allowed me to appreciate a completely panoramic perspective of the overarching business vision, interpreting this into a concrete, achievable and measurable actions to implement. Working in complex environments has allowed me to, at times, step outside the strict parameters of Finance, spotting gaps in the processors of business and instigating new systems that work hand in hand with Finance. I have a wealth of consulting experiencing particularly in this domain and have managed multiple business restructures.
I have continuously developed my own soft skills, alongside my peers'. I've demonstrated active participation in practical leadership programs to influence employees in a positive manner. I believe it's imperative that an environment is cultivated in which employees have the platform to contribute to strategic initiatives and customer satisfaction. I believe in empowering my teams, and I have nurtured a remarkably venerated and reputable track record in leadership concept. Further to this, I invest in developing strategic partnerships with various stakeholders to facilitate business growth.
