He operates at the intersection of business and technology driving transformational benefit for his company and it's clients.
Currently, Roger is MD of Exiliti Services, accountable for all aspects of the joint venture, formed to create business value for insurance industry clients through transformational change based on technology and best in class business process execution.
Prior to joining Exiliti, he was COO of Source, Inc. where he piloted the creation of a global clearing house for loyalty transactions and ran day-to-day operations.
As a Vice President at Capgemini, he headed the global FSI Solutions Group, while leading the integration of Kanbay's European division into Capgemini. At Kanbay, Roger served as the Managing Director, Europe, where he was responsible for developing their global delivery model for outsourcing in the Insurance, Banking and Capital Markets verticals.
As Managing Director for TSYS Europe, a global payments processing leader, he oversaw the launch of the TSYS business in Europe. Earlier in his career, Roger held executive positions at both First Data Corporation, in the USA, Asia and Europe, and at EDS.
He is currently a board member of Help Worldwide, an international organization dedicated to helping non-profit entities create annuity revenues through a unique business / consumer / charity alliance.
Roger holds a degree in Organizational Behavior from The University of Texas at Austin.
