Show profile Hide profileI have over 22 years of experience in a vast array of areas, including Review and Socio-Economic Impact Assessment of Bus Rapid Transport Systems (BRT), Mechanical Engineering Design, Construction Site Supervision (Resident Engineer) Project Management, Quality Management, Facilities and Estate Management and Teaching & Research in Quality, Project and Technology Management as well as Management Consulting in these areas. Areas of specialized experience include; developing, establishing and implementing Quality Management Systems, (in Engineering and Service Industries), Review and design and development of business processes and attendant procedures and governance structures, the establishment and development of Intellectual Capital for the Project Management Centre of Excellence (PMO) Project Management, and Design Management, the establishment and strategic directing of engineering, project management and property development businesses. Having taught Project Management Institutes, Project Management Book Of Knowledge for the last twelve years, and PRINCE 2 ® for the last three years. I am presently training to a Certified Facilities Manager as part of my continual improvement of my knowledge and understanding of the rapidly changing workplace.
