Management of an audit and accounting portfolio and audit and accounting staff - including
establishing scope of work, planning, supervision and on the job training, reviewing audit and
accounting work, delivery of end product to clients and liaising with the directors in respect of agreed
portfolio of audit and accounting clients. Liaising between directors, clients and overseeing work.
Assistance, delegation and preparation where appropriate of financial statements and/or other such
requirements of the client. Eg. Management accounts or special tasks. Application of knowledge to
address client matters and providing solutions through effective people management. Responding to
clients' queries, demands and ensuring service delivery in a timely manner. General management
and assistance with ad-hoc projects within the MH firm environment.
