My career spans almost four years two of which are recognized as postgraduate experience. I have skills in preparing tender documentation;
• Estimating tender value and synthesising prices for building & civil construction work
• Conducting site cost control and performing monthly site evaluation of sub-contractor's works
• Issuing claims to the principal agent and producing financial reports
• Site planning for construction process
•Liase with various supply-chains for construction materials procurement
• Foreseeing construction process on site and communicating progress to the Project Manager
I have completed projects in excess of a million rand and currently working on a New Mortuary at Zebediela Hospital with the contract sum of R 5, 665 900.00 (five million, six hundred and sixty-five thousand and nine hundred rands).
