I am hardworking, tenacious and a fast learner who would be able to assist with tapping into the creative decision making and problem solving potential; perform at high levels; and communicate effectively with high-level executives. Joining the company would be a huge chance for me to build up on my admin, customer services, business acumen; expertise and management skills to make a success of my career with the company.
Further more, I have the ability to run with the responsibilities of making sure that all processes and procedures put in place are adhered to and assist with finding ways to make the company productive by assisting with providing effective methods in its business operations. My other interests are in overseeing critical performance areas such as ensuring the efficiency of the office of the executives, assisting with developing new business, implementing strategies; team leadership and management. I have the ability to assist in building and expanding relationships with stakeholders; monitor trends to stay abreast of developments in admin methods and techniques which may be beneficial; assist with marketing; acting as a custodian of the company, negotiating; answering and routing calls, taking minutes and messages, assisting with handling correspondence, handling client portfolios, handling queries and assisting with resolving complaints with minimum cost to the company and providing any general administrative support services. I have flair for learning, servicing customers, executing challenging admin tasks, being the expert on specific and applicable tasks; and I will be able to execute any tasks delegated to me. I am able to build and successfully become part of an effective and cohesive team and comply with the established and appropriate standards of delivery the company might have.
