I am a 36 year old black female residing in K.Z.N. Durban. i,m a managing director of K,s Enterprise Holdingsy(ltd), my company is dealing with buying site and build houses and sell to the public, at the moment, we bought a site and we submited a business plan to municipality for the plan to be aproved and 2 weeks ago plan was approved, now i,m still trying to raise money to build our first house. our company also deals with events organising. our future plan is to own more houses and flat to sell and to let it out ( Rentals) property and home improvement is our main focus..
