From e-blasts public relations and relationship management,business analysis, you name it, I've done it. I'm extremely motivated, organized and disciplined - you have to be to work from home - and, it's important to note, never had a dissatisfied client.
No matter where I've been, I've produced topnotch work because I'm dedicated to making sure each and every piece stands out from the crowd. Whether it's promotional work for external clients or internal corporate leave behinds, I pride myself on my ability to recognize and articulate a distinct voice for every project. And that's not always restricted to the written word. I've also designed and produced unique promotional giveaways for various clients.
Keeping on top of projects and making sure all parts get to the finish line at the same time is one thing I do best. The ability to juggle projects and never missing a deadline didn't just develop through my
professional experience. I've learned to budget my time and my assets, and most importantly, I've learned to be flexible and to get things done.
Performing a range of tasks regularly has led me to develop extensive experience in the field of business analysis in both mortgage and superannuation products within the financial sector. Also,I have experience in working with portfolio systems in sectors that are involved in business analysis and change management.
My responsibilities included generating functional requirements and specifications analysis. For instance, last year I implemented and planned a program for a franchise in customer service where I helped them by giving them technical recommendations and process mapping. My skills also include excellent ability in project management and strong knowledge of change management and organisational restructure and design.
My remarkable skills, which I have gained while I was completing my education has taught me how to take development decisions. I am an excellent team player who loves to work and knows how to support peers while managing work and priorities at the same time. My excellent communication skills have been achieved through regular communication of technical data and decoding this information to my stakeholders and clients.
