×I have a wealth of experience in Payroll on VIP Premier (Bim Reporting and ESS with Expats, EXCO, Managers, Permanent. Fixed Term, Sub-Contractors. All benefits, was a Trustee of the Pension Fund. I wish to get back into the job market. Was Payroll Manager, HR Manager & IR Manager. Reconciliations from GL to P&L.
Position: Payroll & Benefits Manager
Duties: Full Managerial responsibility in the following:
• Payroll being used is VIP with BIM reporting
• Usual daily activities associated with the Payroll function
• Payroll and monthly reconciliations
• Implement new checks and balances
• Supervise 5 staff members
• Payroll and Sub-Contractors 2'500 - currently busy with a take on of a new Company with 750 employees.
• Integration of 3 new companies onto Payroll with changes to Provident, Medical Aid and Conditions of Employment
• Integration with the new Sun system to be implemented
• Reconciliations to the Financial System for P&L and Provision Accounts
• Monthly Journals to P&L
• Headcount Report
• Corporate Sustainability
• Manhours Report
