My goal is to achieve maximum sales in the residential construction market which was dramatically effected by the economic downturn. My approach is to present to investors a well priced and sought after development, with demand exceeding supply in the rental sector. Our current Property Development is centrally situated in Pretoria, built on a Golf Course site which presents a lifestyle concept and is very affordable to the individual homeowner.
