The nature of my National Diploma in building (Quantity Surveying & Construction Management) coupled with my experience in both the consulting and the construction industry has prepared me for this position. It involved a great deal of initiative, self motivation and a range of skills which I thoroughly enjoy and find very stimulating.

I am a fast learner with a keen eye to detail, a flair for anything arithmetic and have good management skills which I have acquired through my work experience and studies. I am much organised and super efficient with lots of ideas and have the enthusiasm and determination to take on the responsibility of the position and ensure that I make a success of it.
