Responsibilities: I was approached by the previous accounting firm to aid in updating the books for the current financial year. I currently manage the debtor and creditor lists using Pastel Accounting software to produce invoices and remittances. I produce financial statements on Caseware and capture company cash flow movements such as expenses, petty cash and various other similar contingencies. On a monthly basis I meet with clients to report monthly statements and discuss any necessary movements and adjustments required as a result of the company findings.
