Obtained skills and experience with (De Vos, Richards-Business Benefits) from 05-2012 to 02-2015, that better trained & exposed me to the corporate world and best equipped me with Basic Pastel knowledge for Bookkeeping (Monthly vat capturing and bank statement, cashbook input and recon & financial records filling and retrieval), Business etiquette & best client liaison and Office Administration (vat, paye, uif registrations & objections handling with any tax relating queries).
I am currently pursuing my career with ADT Security- Tyco Business as a (Finance Associate- under Technical Billing/ Invoicing) from 03-2015 to date, with roles of Receiving and auditing the invoices before billing), (reporting, querying & solving issues with quotes, stock & invoices), (credit notes & capturing debit orders-A1's), (daily report, weekly reports & monthly variance reports for regional managers) and also (Assist auditors with any invoicing queries & keeping their standard).
