In these cases we check the integrity of parts of the structure where required and should the structure, or parts thereof be compromised in any way a full report is provided by our specialists (such as a structural engineer).
Refurbishment/Renovation of properties, such as painting and water proofing. Depending on the type of job 10 year warranties are provided on waterproofing and 10 year guarantees are provided on painting. We undertake medium to large sized maintenance work.

We are able to fabricate items such as specialised, made to specification steel structures, Towers, Cat Ladders, Balustrades, Gates, beams, and make mezzanine floors, at competitive prices. Once fabricated, we also provide options such as galvanizing of steel, painting and anti-corrosive coatings. This reduces the number of contractors required to perform a specific task, making your job easier.
We also provide erection of steel services. Our Erection and rigging teams are fully qualified professionals who are able to meet the requirements of their clients and ensure the quality of any erection undertaken.
