I am currently a business consultant at Digital Banking Services- Self Service Channel. I work in the non-cash business. I hold a BCom Economics and Finance degree and I am currently doing my honours in Economics part time through Unisa. My current role requires amongst other things
• Recording, monitoring and advising the Business manager on operational and financial performance of non-cash devices and initiatives as per SSC Strategy plan
• Enhancing working relationship of internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of business goals for operational support
• Providing support to Business Manager
• Compiling analytic reports and documents for strategic business decision making
• Assisting in the drafting and implementation of Service Level Agreements for improved business performance from internal Group Support Functions
• Providing Subject Matter Expert know how on marketing and sales opportunities available on self service devices
• Monthly/Ad hoc reviews of contracts with Self Service Channel Vendors
• Compiling relevant documentation/presentation to support new business initiatives
